Our CAD engineers, working with fully supported software systems, offer speed and accuracy, from receipt of model/drawing, through revisions to part production. CLA has a commitment to on-going training and software updates. Our CAD engineers will begin involvement with a job at initial RFQ. They will advise on design and manufacture of fixtures where necessary, before programming and set-up. They will prove the accuracy of the job through first-off inspection with on-going communication to ensure all customer requirements are implemented, including any adjustments to prototype design.

As part of a development program Liberty Bridge Aluminium had to supply a number of different aluminium cast parts to the customer. The program had a total of five part numbers, significant quantities and as always shortened lead times. CLA support helping with feasibility concerns, manufacturing the CNC machine tooling in a timely manner and supported the sourcing of the aluminium sand casting.
During the program constant management and communication was paramount to ensure all actions and deliverables were completed in order to support the end customer. The program was intense and had its challenges however the engineering resource and flexibility of the team at CLA ensured the products supplied inside the critical path timing.
